FAQs

If you don't find the answer to your question below, do contact me directly.

1. How is your coaching conducted?

We’ll start with a Discovery Call where we’ll discuss what you expect from coaching, how long you believe you need coaching for and any specific longer term goals you may have. From then on, sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.

2. Can I receive email support between sessions?

Yes, you will receive responses to two coaching-related emails per month.

3. What is the recommended length time to use the services of a Coach?

It is entirely your choice and depends on your personal goals and circumstances. Some make coaching a part of their on-going self-development, others use it as a tool to tackle specific shorter-term issues.

4. What will I achieve with coaching?

You’ll gain clarity, actionable strategies, and measurable progress toward your goals. You will feel more centred, and clients often report feeling more fulfilled in their work and also personal lives.

5. Can I message you between sessions?
Yes, you can email me or message me for quick questions or clarification between sessions. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

6. How can I pay you?
I accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. After our Discovery Call I send you a link to the Plans payment page where you can select the Plan that suits you best, click through to the secure, Stripe-powered payment page, provide simple contact details by way of 'sign up', and pay securely using the payment means of your choice.

7. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, there are 6 payment plans, with those with more prepaid sessions offering you best value.

8. How do I book a session/sessions?
You can book by calling or emailing me or through my online calendar if I share a link with you.

9. Are all sessions conducted online?
Yes, all they can be, meaning no matter where you are around the world, you can access the service. Face-to-face sessions are also available in central or south-east London, by appointment and on payment of an additional fee, to be agreed.

10. Are sessions recorded?
I can record all our sessions through Zoom, if you wish, and agree. I will share the recordings with you within 48 hours.

11. I live in a different timezone to GMT (London). Can I still sign up?
Absolutely! My calendar shows GMT but we can liaise to ensure the timing of sessions suits us both.

12. What happens to my personal data when I sign up prior to making payment on the payment page?
Your details are only used to keep in touch with you regarding notifications of your sessions, sharing of any updates, materials etc, and are never shared with third parties. Your details are kept securely and confidentially, in accordance with GDPR regulations around personal data storage.

13. What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours in advance by contacting me by phone/email or SMS, or using the online calendar if requested to do so. There is no charge providing you do so 24 hours or more before the session, otherwise the fee is forfeited.

14. Do you have a contract?
Yes, in addition to agreeing to my Terms and Conditions at payment stage, I will also provide you with a Coaching Contract prior to having our first session. This lays out in more detail what coaching is, and isn't, and the expectations on us both to help ensure maximum success from our sessions together. I also share with you the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's ethical guidelines to which I adhere in my work.

15. Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds for coaching programmes. The work we do together requires a commitment of time and effort on both sides. However, it is important that our coaching relationship is a good fit. If after the first session, you feel it is not, please reach out, and we can discuss adjustments to ensure you’re getting the support you need.

16. What happens after programme ends?
By then, you’ll have a clear roadmap to continue applying the strategies we’ve discussed, and you’ll be able to re-examine any resources or materials that may have been shared with you. Follow up sessions or check-ins can certainly be scheduled, by agreement.

17. Are you subject to supervision yourself, and what commitment do you have to continual professional development?
I have regular check-ins with a supervisor, in the form of a coach of many years' experience with whom I discuss issues of my own on-going maturation as a coach and I undertake a minimum of 10 hours' CPD-accredited, coaching Master Classes per year.
